Product Designer, Order Management, Transportation

Role Overview

• Working location: 35 Marsiling Industrial Estate Rd 3
• Reporting to: Fulfillment & Logistics Product Line Manager
• Focusing on Order management & transportation activities with Customers/B2G/3PL/4PL/carrier companies both directions, master data (customer related data, route and scheduling) and output management.
• This role will contribute to SAP IT solution proposals based on business requirements (projects or Enhancement request or Corrective request) and maintain SAP and SAP-related systems' overall execution consistency on the long run in the area of Givaudan Operations digital solution.
• Contribute to SAP Sales and distribution & SAP Logistics Execution solution proposals, based on business requirements (projects or Enhancement request or Corrective request) in the SAP SD & Logistics Execution functional area, with focus on Standard SAP and Industry best practices.
• Ensure completeness of documentation related to new solutions being developed or customized according to internal procedures (process flows by Mega, procedures and operations documents, Functional Designs, Training materials).
• Contribute to the support of the productive system by reviewing / validating changes managed by Application Support.
• Consult and contribute to projects at various steps: requirements, specifications writing/validation and testing.
• Design new solutions, configure system(s) and test new solutions. This includes supporting project teams to design solutions driven by the project, foresee future evolutions of one application, suggest improvements etc.
• Understand, articulate, and translate business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation).
• Support Order management & Transportation by contributing to support activities following ITIL best practices, resolving incidents and service requests, and providing input on problem management and corrective changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any other relevant field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the IT Domain or in global IT projects OR Minimum 3 years' experience as functional/application designer in SAP SD, SAP LE-TRA or SAP S4/Hana
• Knowledge and understanding of the SAP SD(sales order, contract, Billing document), SAP LE (Shipment document, Deliveries, Shipment Cost), Shipment notice, carrier invoice, shipment arrival message exchanges (EDI) with 3 PL / 4 PL / Carriers and customers and B2G.
• Middleware experience (Kafka, Webmethods, Tallend)
• OpenText Content Server (storage of shipping documents)
