About this role
Role Overview
- Design flows, user journeys, and interfaces for web and mobile products
- Translate business problems and user needs into clear, scalable UX/UI solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct or support research and usability testing
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define and evolve features
- Ensure visual and experience consistency through the Design System
- Monitor implementation of solutions and ensure quality of delivery
- Use product data and metrics to continuously improve experiences.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and implemented solutions
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience creating flows, wireframes, and mid
- to high-fidelity prototypes
- Knowledge of UX principles, usability, and information architecture
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product and Engineering)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Must reside in São Paulo, SP.
