Develop commercial plans for mail-order sales (VPC) on the French market.
Build commercial offers and determine product placements based on launches, performance and product news.
Design the mailing theme and showcase products in line with the brand's communication.
Prepare creative briefs for external service providers.
Ensure flawless follow-up on the mailing’s graphic execution and the production of mailings, respecting timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement tests and versions for Francophone countries.
Monitor commercial performance.
Requirements
You hold a higher education degree (Master’s level / Bac+4/5) from a Business School or university with a specialization in Marketing/Commerce, with initial experience in operational marketing (including internships and work-study placements).
You are passionate about cosmetics.
You have strong interpersonal skills, can work within teams (with many internal and external functional stakeholders), and are both creative and analytical with strong commercial awareness.
You have an eye for detail, are organized, rigorous and responsive.
You have good aesthetic sensitivity and strong writing skills.
You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
Excellent command of French (native or bilingual).
