Role Overview
Evaluating ctDNA detection methodologies and vendors for clinical sample testing
Overseeing the quality aspects of ctDNA testing, continuously monitoring test performance
Leading the analysis and interpretation of ctDNA testing data
Supporting cross-functional teams in driving activities and deliverables related to ctDNA testing
developing analysis plans, reviewing and contributing to clinical-trial documents, establishing contracts, qualifying vendors, coordinating testing logistics and data transfer
Active participation in cross-functional team meetings, ensuring effective communication of project developments and results
Research of relevant scientific literature to follow developments in the field of expertise
Supervision and training of research associates and research specialists
Requirements
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Oncology, Genetics, or a related field
substantial expertise in ctDNA testing and next-generation sequencing
Proven experience in ctDNA data analysis and results interpretation
good understanding of statistical methods
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute projects, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions
Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements for RUO and IVD assays is a plus
Excellent organizational, documentation, scientific writing and communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
