As an Account Manager (m/f/d) you will join a dedicated field team that establishes Kaleido in the market and excites patients, physicians and healthcare professionals — whether you have industry experience or are a motivated career changer with a medical or sales-related background.
You will engage physicians, clinical staff and patients with Kaleido and build long-term relationships
You will identify market potential and implement targeted sales strategies
You will confidently present our system, conduct product training and provide technical guidance
You will represent ViCentra at trade shows, conferences and specialist events
You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Service and Clinical Support to ensure a strong customer experience
You will provide valuable market feedback and actively contribute to the further development of our solutions
Requirements
Experience in medical field sales, ideally in diabetes care or MedTech
Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm
Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel within your region
Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
Good English skills for collaboration with international colleagues
Valid driver's license (Class B)
