Role Overview
Active recruiting via LinkedIn (active sourcing, direct outreach, talent pools)
Develop and implement targeted search and outreach strategies for IT profiles
Independently manage the recruitment process: from job requisition to contract signing
Close coordination with management and specialist departments regarding role requirements
Maintain and expand a sustainable candidate network
Act as deputy for the HR generalist during absences, e.g., support with administrative HR tasks and assist with onboarding processes
Point of contact for employees on operational HR questions
Requirements
Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an IT or tech environment
Proven experience in LinkedIn recruiting / active sourcing
Good understanding of IT roles, particularly in the area of business informatics
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong communication skills in German (at least C1); English is an advantage
HR generalist knowledge is a plus but not required
