Align regional trial execution activities and project deliverables with global program and pipeline objectives
Ensure timely data flow and connectivity to global development plans and decision making processes
Provide program management leadership for regionally led early stage (first in human) programs, including daily operations, prioritization, and risk management
Drive strategic planning and execution to enable smooth transition of regional programs into global development pathways, ensuring alignment with long term company objectives, pipeline strategy, and corporate processes
Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to maintain compliance and accelerate timelines
Drive governance processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for regional early stage programs
Manage executive-level stakeholders including discussing strategic plans, progress updates, milestone data for informed strategic decision-making
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally and across the APAC region
Serve as the primary interface between global and regional drug development operating models
Drive connectivity, alignment, and execution excellence across functions and regions
Ensure global alignment while maintaining strong local presence and operational execution
Requirements
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD or equivalent preferred
8 -10+ years of experience in managing drug development programs within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Excellent expertise in the drug development process of pharmaceuticals
Advanced project-management methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
Profound therapeutic knowledge of immuno-oncology
Experience working within global–regional operating models
Strong background in strategic planning, cross functional leadership, and complex program execution.
Strong decision making skills with the ability to anticipate risks, manage ambiguity, and drive solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and manage diverse stakeholder groups across regions and cultures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority, motivate with enthusiasm and develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders
High proficiency with digital PM/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, Tableau/PowerBI).
Process-orientation and ability to create and drive processes while also recognizing when flexibility is needed
Proven track-record in implementing process improvements and change initiatives
Ability to balance regional operational realities with global strategic priorities
Experience translating local regulatory, cultural, and operational insights into globally relevant strategies
