Supporting the internal corporate reporting process for monthly, quarterly and annual Management meetings
Coordination with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and qualitatively excellent manner
Run the monthly/quarterly/annual allocation cycles
Calculate true-aps and ensure that tax requirements related to allocation keys get reflected
Ensure a sound variance analysis within the preparation or the reporting deck
Ensure consistent monthly/quarterly/annual liquidity & cash reports incl. variance analyses
Collaborate with the VAT team to ensure their input on initiative statuses are reflected in the management reporting
Continuous development, optimization, preparation and coordination of global management reporting & closing processes and reports
Ensure data consistency and “1-time-right-priniciple”
Meaningful presentations, challenging commentary on forecasts, budgets and actuals to foster financial transparency
Continuous improvement of performance measurement by regularly revisiting financial and non-financial (key) performance indicator logic
Track different initiatives across BPA for management reporting improvement
Adapt & translate reporting demand into regular reporting processes
Lead and support BPA FP&A projects (e.g. SAP implementation-related projects, challenge business cases for major investments, etc.)
Foster collaboration with peer departments (Treasury, Tax, VAT, HR, Accounting, etc.)

A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years (5+ yrs.) of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international BioTech and / or corporate environment
Leadership experience is a plus
Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting and analysis
Professional fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Very good knowledge of ERP systems (especially S4/Hana) as well as Business Intelligence systems (incl. Office 365)
