Role Overview
- Lead procurement within the “Source to Contract” process
- Provide functional and operational support to assigned spend areas
- Take ownership of assigned spend areas
- Assess demand requirements raised by sites
- Promote procurement awareness among stakeholders
- Contribute to change and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry in a comparable role
- Experience managing negotiations and working with international suppliers
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings
- Practical expertise in procurement processes
- Understanding of supply markets for packaging materials
- Fluent business English; Italian and/or German is a plus
