Role Overview
- Define the framework (Way of Working) and formalize objectives (OKR/KPI)
- Structure execution: action plans, milestones, dependency management
- Implement fact-based management and produce actionable reporting
- Facilitate effective governance and track commitments
- Evolve the framework (continuous improvement / Lean)
Requirements
- Experienced: autonomous responsibility for a scope (team / multi-team)
- Senior: ability to lead organizational design at scale
- English: minimum B2 (written and spoken)
