Lead and oversee the execution of automation projects directly on-site.
Ensure the successful implementation, integration, and commissioning of systems, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Manage all on-site activities related to the implementation of automation systems, including electrical systems, PLCs, robots, and joining technologies.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Supervise the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve on-site challenges.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields).
Proven experience in managing on-site operations for automation or industrial projects.
Strong background in integrating electrical systems, PLCs, and robotics.
Knowledge of joining technologies (e.g., resistance welding, MIG/MAG, laser, adhesive applications).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and commissioning automation systems.
Familiarity with customer standards such as BMW, Magna, GM.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to lead on-site teams effectively.
Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for international collaboration.
Must be willing to travel extensively or relocate for project assignments.
