About this role
Role Overview
Develop, refine, and communicate a holistic marketing vision and strategy fully aligned with company goals and growth targets.
Serve as a core member of the executive team, driving cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Comms & Policy.
Represent k-ID externally at major industry conferences, in analyst briefings, and with strategic partners and customers.
Architect and own a scalable global demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.
Set and manage ambitious targets for pipeline growth, CAC efficiency, and brand equity.
Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels; drive innovation in digital marketing, content, SEO, and partnerships.
Shape and elevate the global k-ID brand across all touchpoints.
Lead the commercial launch of new products and feature sets; collaborate with Product and Comms to build cohesive external narratives.
Champion differentiated product positioning rooted in deep customer and market insights.
Oversee the creation of high-impact sales and enablement collateral to accelerate GTM success.
Design and scale marketing operations, processes, and reporting to support rapid, global growth.
Optimize use of AI-powered and agentic workflows to maximize team productivity and marketing effectiveness.
Establish and lead rigorous experimentation, measurement, and KPI-driven decision-making.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
Establish regular marketing reporting for the executive team and Board.
Requirements
12+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B SaaS or infrastructure, with at least 5 years at the director level or above.
Proven success scaling global marketing in a fast-growth, VC-backed or public technology company.
Deep experience designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies.
Track record of building, leading, and mentoring top-tier marketing teams.
Strong executive presence; comfort engaging with investors, analysts, media, and C-level peers.
Expertise with marketing operations, modern growth tooling, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
