Independently create automated, trigger-based email campaigns for Fitness First
Evaluate mailing performance using existing KPIs, derive actions, and prepare reports
Further develop existing communications
Create and manage recurring initiatives for acquisition, retention, and ex-member campaigns across channels such as app, club, email, SMS, postal mail, etc.
Manage external service providers and partners
Work closely and coordinate with internal departments and the clubs to execute campaigns and CRM projects
Independently develop processes to improve data quality
Question existing processes and optimize or automate them where appropriate
Independently manage the campaign management system to implement data-driven, cross-channel marketing
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of professional experience in CRM
Good knowledge of CRM and campaign management tools (e.g., Emarsys)
Experience with business analysis and campaign controlling using KPIs
Confident, team-oriented personality with a passion for the fitness industry
