Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of the project’s activities under his responsibilities
Conduct beneficiary selection, registration, verification, distributions, follow up and implementation of all activities under responsibility
Prepare project implementation action plans in line with the set objectives, timeframe and the internally adopted coordination mechanisms
Conduct regular field visit and monitoring of the EcoSec interventions based on the internally established tools and procedures
Manage data entry and reporting and ensures proper follow up with Project Activity Management (PAM) focal point
Manage and organize the EcoSec beneficiaries’ database
Writes field trip reports and minutes of meetings based on given guidelines
Provide administrative support
Requirements
Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
High school diploma, technical education, or professional or university degree in a related field
Good command (spoken and written) of English and Ukrainian
2–3 years’ experience in a similar field of activity
Experience working for an NGO or international organization an asset
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles
Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently, as well as effectively under supervision
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work within a diverse team and establish and maintain good working relations in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment
