Role Overview
- Target, prospect and sell by building strong relationships with customers
- Achieve established targets and goals; report business results
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Demonstrate ownership of the customer relationship through consistent communication
- Facilitate client’s connection with suppliers and resolve any client issues
- Schedule and conduct meetings via phone, video, and email with assigned clients
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of sales or related customer success experience
- Experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Intermediate level proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Teams, HubSpot, and Avendra’s proprietary CRM system Pivotal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Hospitality preferred
