Answer questions, resolve minor issues, and ensure every guest feels valued.
Operate POS systems accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts in accordance with lodge procedures.
Promote store products without commission-based selling or pressure tactics.
Stock, rotate, and replenish merchandise throughout the day.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays.
Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Work collaboratively with fellow retail associates and supervisors.

Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
Comfortable learning product details and sharing information with guests.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
A willingness to work in a remote environment with a diverse team.
