Lead and develop our sales team: You will manage a motivated team of sales professionals and jointly set clear goals and strategies
Strategic new customer acquisition: You are responsible for acquiring new customers, developing sales processes, and engaging directly with prospective clients
End-to-end sales process: From initial outreach and online product demonstrations to proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing — you will manage the entire sales cycle
Customer retention and upselling: Together with our Customer Success team, you will develop strategies to retain existing customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to continuously optimize the sales strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or completed commercial/business vocational training
Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 4 years), ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a sales team
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a hands-on mentality
Technical understanding and affinity for e-commerce tools
Self-motivated, flexible, and committed to continuous personal and professional development
Ideally, an existing network in the e-commerce ecosystem
