Drive and own the technical evaluation, including discovery, custom demonstrations, working sessions, technical Q&A, proof of value, integration scoping, and final value presentation.
Design, develop, deploy, and manage memorable customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects that help influence decision outcomes.
Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
Coach and enable other Solutions Engineers across the region, serving as a player-coach and regional team lead by sharing best practices, raising the bar on discovery and demos, and supporting deal strategy.
Enable and train partners on ClickUp’s platform, new features, and best practices—including AI, integrations, and workflow automation.
Requirements
5+ years pre-sales experience selling to Enterprise clients and a combined 8+ years in a customer facing role with technology.
A skilled presenter and masterful storyteller, who is able to convey value during any interaction with a customer.
Strong customer-facing skills including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards the desired outcome.
Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies and sufficient technical background to assist with lightweight custom solutions.
Experience coaching or leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with channel or alliance organizations.
Hands-on experience with AI LLMs, as well as integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
Prefer candidates with prior experience in project management, portfolio management, and/or collaborative work management.
