Corporate Accounts Director

Role Overview

• Develop and implement regional market access strategies for assigned accounts
• Facilitate introductions to appropriate medical affairs colleagues for research opportunities
• Establish corporate relationships with key account stakeholders
• Support patient access and field reimbursement
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to implement corporate strategies
• Manage successful implementation and pull through of contracts with assigned accounts
• Identify partnership opportunities through market research

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, MBA preferred
• BA/BS degree with 10+ years of related pharmaceutical experience
• 5+ years of direct experience in corporate account management, oncology
• Experience executing physician network or IDN/Health System contracting and account management
• Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology strongly preferred
• Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong negotiating skills required
• Standard Computer Skills required
