Role Overview
- Responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs who case manage dialysis and CKD patients
- Manage two supervisors and support the non-clinical IKC care coordinators
- Oversee the achievement of critical quality and performance measures
- Support RN hiring efforts and oversee onboarding of new RNs
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance and training to RNs
- Serve as key leader of clinical and operational strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ management experience leading and managing teams required
- Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in clinical nursing leadership highly preferred
- Registered Nurse
- RN
- Current CPR certification required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Home office with Internet connectivity at minimum of 1MB upload and 1MB download speed required
