You are confident in the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment, understand technical contexts and advise customers confidently and strategically on positioning sustainable solutions.
In this role, you are responsible for the IT sales of complex Modern Workplace solutions where technical expertise, trust and quality are central.
You work closely with our consulting and service delivery teams and ensure that IT solutions are technically sound, realistically planned and successfully implemented.
After a structured onboarding, you will take responsibility for selected key accounts.
Together with our Modern Workplace business unit, you will develop tailored strategies, support demanding customer projects and create genuine added value for your clients.
Requirements
Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience, and the ability to convey these clearly and appropriately to the target audience
Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and translate them, together with experts, into customized customer solutions
Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
High customer and service orientation, along with a strong commitment to quality
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
