They are seeking a Regional Sales Advisor to leverage their proprietary platform for real-time pricing and streamlined closings, enabling top producers to manage deals effectively from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Control pricing in real time without delays
• Pre-qualify borrowers quickly using the proprietary platform
• Generate live pricing on calls and lock terms immediately
• Ensure closings occur within 7–10 days with in-house support
• Provide product flexibility for various types of loans including fix-and-flip and construction
• Utilize integrated pricing technology to enhance sales capabilities
• Manage a pipeline and book of business effectively
• Value speed, clarity, and credibility in sales processes

Requirements:

• Proven RTL producer with existing relationships, volume, and credibility
• Track record in RTL, private lending, DSCR, or investor-focused mortgage sales
• Ability to manage a pipeline and a book of business
• Value speed, clarity, and credibility over transactional volume
• Desire for infrastructure that scales with them
