Role Overview
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmap
- Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks
- Lead the development of reference architectures, patterns, and reusable components
- Partner with Platform Engineering for architectural standards
- Drive interoperability, scalability, and resilience across platforms
- Act as a strategic advisor to CTO, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure leaders
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team
- Ensure architectural decisions support regulatory compliance and cybersecurity requirements
Requirements
- 15+ years of related technical and business experience
- 10+ years of experience building and maintaining an organization with authoritative knowledge of IT functions in multiple enterprise systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience
