Partnering with our lead product architect to lead ongoing Fintech Product related AI projects & AI-specific SRE architecture
Focus on the design, deployment and management of AI Capabilities in our Products across Banking, Payments and Capital Market
Define and communicate the platform architectural roadmap of our cloud SaaS platform
Partner with the lead product architect to ensure product and platform architectures are closely aligned
Create Architecture on AI opportunities after understanding requirements from business in Client Office including Client Onboarding and Client Support
Design the architectural frameworks that support the work of SRE team & optimize workflows through AI
Employ machine learning and statistical modeling to create and enhance data driven products
Analyze and extract insights from internal and external data needed for Architecting the solution
Work with a variety of AI Tools and languages such as Python, R, Scala, SQL
Work on Azure, Databricks and AWS Cloud stack, utilizing services for AI Use-Case Development
Work independently and collaborate with other groups to solve complex problems
Manage Team members & queries related to AI Tech
Helping with AI-aware (Monitoring & Observability, Incident triaging, Reliability & operations) based on SRE standards
Incorporate FIS standards, policy and tooling into our solutions
Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance.
Requirements
10 to 15 years of overall professional experience
Operational experience with Data and AI
Knowledge in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, data visualization, and data analysis
Ability to do AI transformation so understanding of SRE practices of triaging, incident management, operations etc.
Proficiency in development technologies, architecture, and platforms, with an ability to see bigger pictures
Experience with cloud platforms, specifically an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience or knowledge of cloud-based technology
Knowledge of financial services industry
Ability to collaborate with others and solve complex problems
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.
