Head sales with a selected number of key channel partners and develop new accounts
Responsible for the development and implementation of business plans for these partners
Set and evaluate annual targets
Handle partners on a daily basis, acting as professional interface between partners and Axis
Inspire partners, actively participate in trade shows, webinars and promotional activities
Work closely with sales team and educate Axis partners
Provide solutions and ensure alignment with partner eco-system
Develop clear business plans for selected accounts and set annual targets
Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
Visit partners to maintain relationships and collaborate to increase Axis reach
Work on marketing activities with partners to attract new end-user opportunities
Travel within the Belux territory and to Axis Experience Center and HQ in Sweden

At least 5 years of relevant field sales experience
Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security
High technical interest
Comfortable with solution selling preferable in the security industry
Experience in account management and developing accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Speaking your languages: native in French and fluent in English, Dutch/Flemish is a plus
Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus.
