Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes.
Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles.
Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms.
Google Analytics.
Project Management tools.
Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
