Manage and support high-tier customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of complex inquiries and issues
Serve as a primary point of contact between sales, operations, billing, credit, and external clients
Support customer onboarding, including accurate product configuration, billing setup, and system validation
Ensure data accuracy and compliance across internal systems and workflows
Assist sales teams with operational support, reporting, and process improvements
Identify issues proactively and drive solutions through collaboration and sound decision-making
Maintain a high level of service quality while meeting SLAs and business objectives

3+ years of relevant experience
Understanding of credit reporting laws and compliance (FCRA CDIA certification preferred or acquired within three months of employment)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and Salesforce
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
