Expand embedded payments partnerships and cultivate new technology alliances
Source, onboard, and scale Tier-1 embedded payment partnerships while maximizing value across existing relationships
Identify and engage new partners in core industry verticals; develop executive-level relationships across product, commercial, and technical stakeholders
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential prospects and drive progression from evaluation to commercial agreement and go-to-market launch
Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting through contract execution, go live, and beyond
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead solution workshops, develop financial analyses, and refine embedded payments strategy
Requirements
Requires up to 10% travel
Proven ability to structure deals and drive revenue through partnerships
Deep knowledge of payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes
Hands-on experience with technical solutioning, API documentation, and integration workflows
Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Shopify, Adobe)
Strong interpersonal skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
Ability to develop and execute multi-year partnership strategies and drive growth
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
10+ years in business development, partnerships, payments, or financial services (or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, data analysis, artificial intelligence applications, and Microsoft Office software—including Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and related platforms
Experience with embedded finance or payment solutions is highly desirable
Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
