Role Overview
- Own and drive the Nordic medical digital education strategy in alignment with Medical Affairs priorities.
- Develop and maintain a content roadmap for the Nordic educational platform.
- Identify unmet educational needs across therapeutic areas and translate them into engaging digital initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and scientific speakers across the Nordic countries.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure scientific alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Compliance to ensure smooth execution and optimal user experience.
Requirements
- Master of Natural Science
- Experience within Medical Affairs, medical communications, or scientific roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven experience with digital medical content, virtual education, or medical platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with KOLs and external scientific experts.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for medical content in the Nordics.
