Role Overview
Audit data inputs from contractors about prevailing wage and apprenticeship
Compare data against criteria set in project tax and finance stipulations and contract exhibit(s)
Create reports for deficiencies to upper management and corrective action notes
Input data into dashboards showing overall compliance weekly
Host meetings with upper management to present weekly reports of work completed and status of audits
Review payroll and determine if the company pays correct wages, makes fringe benefits contributions, and fulfills all other aspects of labor compliance per our client's requirements/contract
Gather certified payrolls and other related documentation, implement detailed audits, compose Report of findings, perform discrepancy research, provide support, and be the main point of contact for any prevailing wage labor compliance requirements
Requirements
Experience with the program LPC Tracker
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration
Background in Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship preferred
