About this role
Role Overview
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the property sector.
Evaluate property portfolios, including performance metrics, occupancy rates, rental yields, and valuation.
Assist in property acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies through data-driven insights.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, including senior management.
Support financial modeling, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects or investments.
Monitor competitor activities and provide benchmarking reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., asset management, finance, development) to optimize property performance.
Maintain accurate property data and records within internal systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in property analysis, real estate research, or related roles.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in financial modeling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and property data platforms (e.g., REA, CoreLogic, or similar).
Knowledge of property markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in Australian residential, commercial, or industrial property markets.
Preferred: Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems.
