Define and own the product strategy across a 36-month time horizon, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Lead end-to-end product delivery efforts, from discovery and requirements definition to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with UX design and engineering teams for innovative customer-centric experiences.
Partner with external technology and financial institutions for seamless integration and compliance.
Write clear product requirement documents and user stories that guide teams.
Drive cross-functional roadmap alignment across core business stakeholders.
Requirements
5-7 years of product management experience in consumer financial services, fintech, or related domains.
Proven success in developing and executing long-term product strategies across multiple product lines.
T-shaped skill set: broad familiarity across lending, cards, payments, and digital banking, with deep expertise in at least one area.
Strong understanding of financial product flows, compliance, and partner integrations.
Experience building global experiences on top of APIs and optimizing funnels through customer-centric design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with external partners.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
Comfortable working independently and making decisions in ambiguous environments.
