Own platform intent for payment orchestration of loan origination use cases
Drive delivery of features from ideation through launch with a strong bias towards execution and accountability
Translate product strategy into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Identify and track key success criteria and use data to inform decisions
Collaborate closely with engineers, operations, risk, and downstream consumers to ensure seamless integration across the payment lifecycle
Lead the rollout and delivery of critical systems observability capabilities that support the health, reliability, and integrity of the platform
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred)
1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)
