Assessing the feasibility of requests
Acting as a liaison between customers, consultants, and development teams
Writing XML files for configurations
Performing remote installations and updates
Creating reports with BIRT where applicable
Managing hosting instances
Requirements
Strong vocational training in IT or a relevant university degree
Solid technical knowledge of Windows or Linux
XML
Broad IT knowledge and an interest in various IT topics
Calm, customer-focused demeanor
Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to getting things done
Excellent German skills (C1 or higher)
Good English skills are an advantage
Knowledge of SQL or BIRT is a plus
