- Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat and email
- Product testing and active participation in product development

Requirements
- You have previous experience in customer support
- Self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
