Increase revenue: You will take on part of the founders' sales responsibilities and build your own pipeline to accelerate growth.

Requirements
Experience: 4–5 years in software sales (including at least 2–3 years in closing / as an AE).
Prior experience selling SaaS to SMBs is a strong plus.
Hunter mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You have a proven track record in outbound acquisition and are prepared to self-source approximately 70% of your pipeline.
Process designer: You don't just follow a script — you improve it. You have a structured approach and help us develop scalable sales playbooks and materials.
Comfort with ambiguity: You don't need a manager to tell you what to do every hour. You thrive in dynamic startup environments and take ownership independently.
Languages: Native-level German and business-fluent English. (An additional EU language, e.g., Italian, is a bonus).
