Holistic support and advisory for employees and managers on all operational and strategic HR topics
Responsibility for personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (contract drafting, master data maintenance, time management, personnel files, preparatory payroll)
Ensuring compliance with employment law and statutory requirements, and supporting matters related to collective agreements and cooperation with the works council
Support of performance management processes, goal setting and employee reviews
Support in personnel development, including organizing training, talent management and succession planning
Preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reporting for management
Participation in the development and implementation of HR projects and processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of employment and works council law
Experience with collective bargaining agreements, ideally in an IG Metall environment, is an advantage
Strong consulting and communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with managers and employees
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Assertiveness combined with empathy, and a high level of trustworthiness and discretion
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
