You are our HR team and thus the sole point of contact for all HR matters within our company.
Your role includes both strategic support for our lead team and all operational and administrative HR processes.
Successful payroll processing in close cooperation with our external payroll provider.
Handling social security audits and topics such as maternity protection and parental leave.
Creating and publishing job postings in close coordination with the hiring manager.
Maintaining monthly reporting and HR analytics as well as budget planning.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on operational day-to-day business and direct employee contact.
The ability to manage all HR processes and to support complex HR workflows from end to end, as well as openness and initiative to optimize processes.
Strong HR expertise with solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
A structured and independent working style, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and advisory skills, enabling you to communicate clearly, respectfully and appropriately with team members and managers.
High level of trustworthiness, approachability, discretion, and a willingness to be perceived as a go-to contact person.
