Act as the primary HR contact for assigned subsidiary pharmacies across multiple states.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to pharmacy leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly across multi-state environments.
Support investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and sensitive employee matters.
Coach managers on best practices related to hiring, performance conversations, documentation, and employee engagement.
Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for pharmacy employees.
Provide on-site support when needed for key initiatives such as Open Enrollment, benefits rollouts, organizational changes, or other corporate programs.
Assist with employee data changes, job changes, leave coordination, and other lifecycle events in partnership with Corporate HR Operations.
Help ensure accurate documentation, personnel records, and system updates.
Support workforce changes, restructures, and other transitions with clear communication and operational execution.
Requirements
3–6 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law, particularly in multi-state environments.
Experience supporting frontline or operational distributed or multi-site workforces.
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with a centralized HR team. Prior pharmacy, healthcare, retail healthcare, or comparable regulated industry experience preferred
Experience with Rippling HRIS and/or Workday.
Confident communicator who can navigate difficult conversations professionally.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and documentation discipline.
Practical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing compliance with operational needs.
Willing and able to travel as needed to support the business.
