Role Overview
- Act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, not just a system configurator
- Take end-to-end ownership of Workday solutions, from idea to adoption
- Play a key role in ensuring data quality, compliance, and global HR process alignment
- Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management
- Ensure proper security roles, access controls, and system governance
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS or HR Technology role
- Workday HCM certification or official Workday HCM course completion is required
- Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, security, and reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ticketing systems and project tools
- Fluent English communication skills.
