Coordinate a wide range of marketing activities to increase BG‑Graspointner's brand awareness and drive international product sales (via print, social media, trade shows, newsletters, website, SEO & SEA, PR, etc.)
Manage graphic and other production by prioritizing tasks for designers, copywriters and external agencies
Coordinate the graphics team with a view to taking on a team leadership role
Work closely with marketing leads of sister companies and with internal departments
Support the head of marketing and contribute to selected projects and special topics within the BG Group
Prepare approvals and decision‑making documents
Oversee translation activities using a professional software solution
Requirements
Completed education (apprenticeship or secondary school diploma/Matura; FH or university degree is welcome)
Experience as a team coordinator, team leader or in an assistant role is an advantage, preferably in marketing
Enjoy communicating and organizing, combined with a strong service ethos
Excellent prioritization skills and an independent, structured working style
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of CMS platforms and newsletter tools is an advantage and willingness to learn new tools is expected
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
