Draft, edit, and format proposal responses including executive summaries, program descriptions, technical approaches, and implementation plans.
Analyze solicitations to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
Develop proposal outlines or compliance matrices to ensure all requirements are addressed.
Gather information from subject matter experts and coordinate multi-author contributions.
Review proposals for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Manage multiple proposal timelines, internal deliverables, and submission deadlines.

3+ years in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing.
Experience developing or contributing to RFP/RFI/RFQ or grant submissions.
Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating multi-author proposals.
Applicants must submit a writing sample (e.g., a proposal excerpt, grant narrative, or technical writing sample) with their application.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism Business, Public Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Grant Writing or Proposal Management certification (e.g., APMP).
