Consultant – Senior Consultant, Strategy & Data

Role Overview

• Responsibility for key work packages or workstreams within consulting engagements
• Structuring and analyzing complex business questions
• Translating data, analytics, and AI findings into well-founded management recommendations
• Preparing and presenting management-ready analyses and decision materials
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across consulting, data, and technology
• Regular client interaction at working and mid-management levels
• Participation in internal initiatives, e.g., further developing our consulting approach

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable environment
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
• Experience producing management-ready presentations
• Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferably initial experience with business intelligence, Power BI, or data analysis
• High degree of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and strong implementation skills
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and professional demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
