Requirements

• 10+ years of user research in a product development setting
• Proven SaaS experience
• Proficiency in a variety of modern research tools
• Advanced Expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• A polished, compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to lead research across complex user journeys
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
