Work across the entire product development process: Support us actively from the initial idea/sketch and concept phases through preparation for series production.
Concept and design work: Develop ideas, compare variants and prepare design directions.
Graphic design tasks: Create layouts, presentations, product graphics/branding elements and supporting visuals.
Material and component research: Research suitable fabrics and coatings, evaluate samples and help develop sustainable options with us.
Color & Trim development: Dive into color palettes, combinations and details and translate these into coherent proposals.
Creating functional prototypes: Produce functional prototypes to test construction, handling and details.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Product Design or a comparable field and are looking for a required 6-month internship.
Interest in materials, manufacturing and details (e.g. fabrics, coatings, trims), including enthusiasm for research, sampling and comparisons.
Basic skills in Adobe (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for designing concepts, graphics and documentation.
Ideally you have initial experience with 3D tools (e.g. Rhino) and a basic understanding of shapes, proportions and construction.
Hands-on mentality: You enjoy practical work, experimenting and supporting prototype/functional model development.
