Role Overview
- Deliver consistent, compliant onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems
- Act as first-line support for colleague and manager People requests
- Manage cases through approved service channels, ensuring SLA compliance
- Support People Partners with operational ER documentation
- Ensure GDPR compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness
- Produce operational People reports and support service performance visibility
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and standardisation
- Collaborate with People Partners, CoEs, and People Systems teams globally
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations, People Services, or HR Generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise, and meet service deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in an international, multi-country environment

- Proven experience delivering transactional HR/People services across the employee lifecycle
- Strong data accuracy mindset, with solid understanding of compliance, GDPR, and audit requirements
- Ability to manage high-volume operational workload while maintaining service quality and supporting continuous improvement
