Serve as a vital liaison among program leadership, faculty, residents, institutional stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of administrative experience, including two (2) years of program management experience OR High School diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of administrative experience including two (2) years of program management experience required.
Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification preferred
Familiarity with ACGME requirements and experience in graduate medical education (GME)
Experience using ACGME WebADS, NRMP, Thalamus GME, and New Innovations
Master's degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field plus three (3) years of project management or office coordination experience OR Bachelor's degree in business, education, general liberal arts, or related field plus five (5) years of project management and office coordination experience.
Strong knowledge of ACGME accreditation requirements and residency program operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
