Role Overview
- Designing, developing, and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Configuring D365 Sales, Customer Insight Journey, and Customer Voice modules.
- Integrating external systems.
- Ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and optimised for performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with and extensively configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience of end ‑ to ‑ end deployment of Power Platform solutions.
- Strong technical skills in Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of D365 security model.
- Solid understanding of D365 solution architecture principles.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
