Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and expand revenue within existing accounts
Leverage deep MSP and cybersecurity industry knowledge to carry credible technical conversations around data, compute, and the threat landscape
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the MSP and cybersecurity space, with a track record of meeting or exceeding 100%+ of quota
Proven success in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
A strategic mindset — you know how to prioritize your book of business to hit targets without losing sight of long-term relationships
Consistent, accurate forecasting and command of the sales cycle from Discovery through Close
Resilience, creativity, and a hunter mentality when it comes to prospecting and partner engagement
Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) to keep your pipeline clean and your day efficient
