Conduct business process modelling, including process analysis and assessment of integrations between different information systems;
Contribute to and support the development of business cases, business glossaries, vision documents, business requirements documents, and other relevant project documentation;
Elicit and document user and functional requirements, translating them into user stories or use cases where appropriate;
Perform risk and impact analyses to support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle;
Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user meetings, ensuring continuous communication between stakeholders;
Act as a liaison between user services and development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately understood and effectively implemented;
Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, including active participation in Sprint Review meetings within Agile environments;
Support Project Managers in aligning information systems with identified business needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and assisting with the implementation of project management methodologies.
Requirements
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 5 years of experience with requirements elicitation;
At least 5 years of experience with UML or BPMN;
At least 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira/Confluence;
Good knowledge of information systems matters;
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
Good knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites;
Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (PM², PM² Agile or Agile Scrum);
Knowledge and experience of writing User Stories including acceptance criteria;
Knowledge of following tools: Atlassian Jira/Open Project, Atlassian Confluence/xWiki, MS Teams and Signal;
Experience with the EC financial regulation, Data Protection by design and modelling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS would be an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
